Living History

The Victorian Society at Falls Church has participated in a variety of living history events since our founding in 1995.  Our members have participated in events set in the 1860's through the Titanic era.  Each year we participate in two living history events at Cherry Hill Farmhouse, Civil War Day in May and Civil War Christmas the Sunday after Thanksgiving.  We have also portrayed U.S. Presidents and their families at the White House Egg Roll, dressed in 1908 attire for the commemoration of the Wright Brothers flight at Fort Myer, and turned out in Titanic attire for a special exhibit "Fire and Ice" at the Postal Museum,.

Is your organization looking for costumed living history interpreters to add a special  touch to your event?  Please contact Midge Wang at 703-534-8394 to see if we have suitable volunteers available.
